CaptainSlow, I hope you checked you have enough height clearance in your garage.

...and make sure to add in the mat/rubber flooring into your measurements if you haven't.

Now this is exactly why I post on here sometimes 😀

260 to the rafters (no ceiling) so the cage would fit (220) but if I did clean/jerk I'd need to pick my spot carefully (I don't currently use a program containing those kind of moves)

Alternatively, I could to turn to chopmyroofuptrackworld for advice 😀

I have about 1cm clearance from the bar to an RSJ in the Jerk position! Luckily, at 44, I'm unlikely to grow any more nor take up lifting in high heels....

I just got that book as well today, looks very interesting. Of course I will be making my own paralletes in the workshop.....

They seem to be copies of the [url= http://www.rogueeurope.eu/rogue-parallettes-eu ]Rogue[/url]/[url= http://www.wolverson-fitness.co.uk/WOLVERSON-PARALLETTES_A1ID81.aspx ]Wolverson[/url] ones which is nice.
