I was talking to a guy last night, about a book he read. I want to read it, but I can't remember the book title or the author, please help me jog my memory.
so, the author has spent time very depressed and spent years living on park benches etc, he tries to understand why he was depressed, and why his mind made him that way.
he has a quite a strange name, and has appeared on Oprah Winfrey a few times (Not Lance Armstrong, before you say that!)
Any Ideas?
