MegaSack DRAW - This year's winner is user - rgwb
We will be in touch
Hi my old pops has come to live with us, one of his few pleasures is following the f1 on TV but this year it is not available and he has no money.
He has a galaxy tab A is there any way I can stream f1 for him using this easily and cheaply prefer1by without a cable ?
It's on sky isn't it? So you need the sky go app on the tablet, find someone happy to share their login details and away you go! I can't get it to stream to a chromecast though, sky seem to have locked that facility. To get around this I have the app on the laptop and hdmi cable to TV.
a) Pay for sky (prohibitively expensive, morally dodgy)
b) NowTV season pass - £195 (still Sky so still morally dodgy)
c) Some not-very-legal IPTV provider (morally dodgy)
d) Some manky internet stream (likely to be more irritating than not watching it at all, morally dodgy).
I'd go (c) as if you're going to be morally dodgy with any choice then the choice which is watchable and doesn't give money to Sky would seem to be the least worse option.
I heard someone directed the fish towards a German satellite and although the commentary was in Klingon the race was fine.
