Is this a trick question?

Crump, as it says in the title and as they are introduced.

I’m kinda wondering if the OP is thinking it’s someone really well known masquerading as Crump, and possibly Joe Seager as well?

I mean, I’ve heard of Pete Seager, but Crump means nothing to me.

The song is a Tom Waits song.

The band is Crump. The lead singer does look hella familiar though.

Joe Seager is a seperate act, english singer songwrite. He could be related to Bob Seager but given the spelling unlikely to be related to Pete Seeger.

It's close, but no Seeger.

Mister Crump would seem a more appropriate band name.
