GF came off on tarmac last Sunday. She's got a badly bruised thigh and has been on crutches all week and having to work from home. Next week she has to be out and about having meetings and driving etc. Any advice for hastening recovery would be most welcome.

Isn't it Arnica, that brings bruising out...?

I always try to tell the wife that vitamin j is good for getting rid of bruising.

It also cures sore throats, dry skin, headaches, lethargy and tiredness.

Most effective when applied topically to the affected area 😉 😈
