Anyone got any good healthy snack recipes? Riding to work more often now and could do with a mid-morning boost.
Either off the shelf bought stuff or home made recipes appreciated.

Peanuts and raisins. The ones that are cheap in the cheap German market beginning with A.
A variety of nuts with some decent raisins, no added salt or other stuff.
No good if you are allergic to peanuts though.
