I got stranded last Easter because their emergency number didn't work. Had to pay to get taken off the Autoroute. They refunded this and said they would investigate the number not working.
Rolled off the ferry this easter and thought I would try the number. Exactly the same fault. Eventually got an alternate number that worked but got the impression they really didn't give a monkeys.
Worth checking.
