Alternatively..
Person with poor business model is going under and continues to do so despite the best efforts of their Bank and a Business Advisor. Now looks for someone to blame because it must be [i]their[/i] fault.
It'll be interesting to see how this one plays out if/when the facts ever emerge.

No accountability is the real issue here coupled with the tax payer forking out loads.
