I've just seen a well suss looking lowlife riding round the back streets of Stockport on something resembling this but with a buckled back wheel.

I've seen him twice now and once he'd seen me overtake him (whilst staring at 'his' bike) he was quite keen to ride in the opposite direction, only to be seen back on track a minute later.

Before we all jump to conclusions...
I can look quite scruffy on occasions*. I ride a luverly Dialled Alpine and a scruffy Coyote Dual. Now, if someone rode alongside me and started clocking the Alpine I may get a bit defensive and move away. The pringled back wheel *could* be the result of casing a jump or a badly built wheel.
It may well be stolen but...
