just to get it out of the system really, one of our cats stopped eating middle last week took him to the vets, did blood tests, x rays etc. Today came to doing an internal to be told it looked like a tumour had ruptured his stomach hence the symptoms.

Not really any option but to let him go.

Sitting here his sisters is pining, just odd he isn't about anymore.

Just s **** feeling.

Sorry for your loss, it's happened to me on two occasions with a much loved cat then dog and most friends couldn't understand why I was so upset.

Cats are little buggers for wrapping themselves around our hearts.

Give his sister a big hug and try and remember the wonderful and daft things that he got up to.

Really sorry for your loss.

Cats are all pervading; furniture damage, noisy scraps at all hours but mostly your emotions.

We have an 18 yo, Mushroom and I cannot imagine how lost and empty I will feel when she goes for the long sleep.

I echo above sentiments. Smile at the good times and the head bumps and scratches your cat gave you.

Extra mega cuddles for sis.
