Have any of the STW resident axemen/axewomen any experience of tutorial apps for the iPad?

Had an acoustic guitar for donkeys years, pick it up every now and again and strum through my limited repertoire of basic chords before getting bored. Wondered if any of the iPad apps would give me the motivation and variety to get to the next level...

I know a tutor would be better, but simply don't have the time to commit to regular weekly lessons..

Ta!

Cheers Simon, there's lots to go at on there, but I was thinking about something like emedia's Guitar Method, it looks quite comprehensive...

The Truefire "essential licks" apps are pretty useful for building up your lick vocabulary. You get video instruction and tab. Will keep you noodling for hours.
