Is it just me or are Gruan comments down today?

Can't comment or recommend this morning. Also, my entire comment history (five years worth) seems to have been deleted.

Mildly annoying. Dammit.

Apparently it was a widespread. All fixed now.

Thank you for getting in contact and I’m sorry you had trouble with viewing comments. The problem was happening for everyone. The issue has now been fixed. Sorry once again for the trouble.

Very swift, polite and efficient, I thought. And I got my post archive back, too (which doesn’t really matter as it’s not like i’m going to re-read 6000+ historical comments, but I don’t want them deleted without consultation, either.).

It would be nice to point out the error in one of today's Guardian headlines:

Russia Today puts Japan on the map, where New Zealand should be

New channel apologises to New Zealanders for map mix-up that also labelled Papua New Guinea as South Korea

RT has been around for years.

is it me or have the Guardian comments on cricket articles recently been infected by the same infantile strain of drooling cretins as the football ones? Not quite as seriously (yet), but still...

As has the nickname Graudian.

Rather, the nickname Grauniad has been around for decades, because of the poor proofreading.
Just thought you ought to know, like...
