Have my local council gone mad ? Do they know something the Met office dont ? The overnight temp is 4c hardly freezing conditions...
They have been gritting all week at about the same time 10.30 pm
I suspect they purchased too much grit last year and have to use it otherwise they wont get a hefty budget next year...
Its beyond me this sort of waste !
