My two years old (and a day) Sage burr grinder suddenly stopped working today (very inconvenient given the season). Two minutes on an online chat and a new one being sent out free of charge and free postage back for the broken one.
But it does mean pre-ground coffee for the next couple of days. Nooooooooo!
