Both bands look very grounded TBH. If English teacher stick around they will be huge

+1 for Wet Leg, they look like they're enjoying their musical fame / makes me jealous I was never in a band at that age.

Odd edit  thing 😄going on .

Self Esteem - musically not really my cup of tea but thoroughly enjoyed watching their performance; that's why I keep banging on about live (OK, I know it's iPlayer here) - as an event would have been belting to be there.

And whoever said Fatdog up there.....thanks, I'm enjoying this a lot and it'll be banging out of my sensible family car stereo for a few weeks now. Breakdancing violinists, whatever next.

Brandi Carlile was excellent. She deserved to be on a later timeslot on one of the other stages, but she went down well with the crowd.

an ambitious crowdsurf starting somewhere near Bath, but fair play, pulled it off.

Bob Vylan is playing a blinder of a set, I expect the BBC are hovering over the cut feed button

Really enjoying Bob Vylan. Just seen Kneecap wont be broadcast live at 4pm (available on iPlayer tomorrow). Would they really say anything that Bob Vylan haven't already (already broadcast live)  other than BV probably don't have the same profile...from a different vibe, thought Beabadoobee was excellent too...

Nova Twins! Excellent use of that bass effects board...love it when players take the bass into a new direction. Cracking band...

The second sentence tells me nothing I'm likely to recommend is going to change the first.

I doubt Kneecaps set will be available on the BBC later, rather sweary and lots of chants regarding kier starmer, Gaza, Palestine etc. I watched it through a tik tok live feed that had 1.7m viewers, so thanks to helenshearling from wales

On Freely TV, it’s one of the boxes, so I clicked it and it was joyous. Not much visually on tv really, but with the soundbar cranked up, sorted. 🙂  The extremely nondescript The Frames were on live I think, so it was a welcome relief

Love the Red Arrows flypast as Pulp closed with Common People! Approx 5 mins after they flew low over us in north Wilts...Jarvis and co have still got it.

Perhaps the Kneecaps set will be shown with the words spoken by an actor. Politicians are still stifling free speech.

Bob Vylan had their backs. You'll need to search your socials but it's there.

Meanwhile Raye is as good if not better than last time.

Watching it live. Is it just me or is the mixing awful? It sounds like it's being sent down a drain pipe. Dirty and muddy and flat.

Ezra mix definitely got better as it went on.

Pyramid stage is a lot clearer on the iPlayer UHD feed as well if you can get it on your TV.

The line up ain't exactly great this year, especially with 1975 headlining.

Tom Odell was very good. EC likewise while I walked the dog. The 1975 were poor. And I’m a fan.

Is Raye quite as good as she thinks she is?

Her cellist was wigging out.  But all these classical musicians have to show "there's another side to me".

There was a feature on her on the bbc show. How rare and brave and innovative she is. Can’t see it myself. Bjork, she ain’t.

Tried a bit of Raye, seemed like a poor man's Amy Winehouse, flipped over and Beth Gibbons was good, as expected.

Really enjoying Beth Gibbons' set.

Quite liked Wunderhorse when i caught up with it earlier - basically sounded like a medley of all the stuff i was listening to in 1995. No bad thing!

Interesting to hear about the flypast - was hanging out in the production office maybe 10 years ago and there was apparently a no-fly zone over the site, to stop local amateurs tootling over to have a look from above

Apparently Avon and Somerset police have been asked to look into comments made during Kneecap's performance.

Actually quite enjoying Neil Young - I like how they’ve shrunk the set down to make it more intimate. He’s nearly 80 yrs old!

Yeah I thought that - not just the voice, but the dress, the backing singers and everything. Shame.

I know people will hate them purely because they have Bono’s son leading them but Inhaler were really good.

Hear me out, just finished James Bond and Charlie CX (?) on the live feed. Is she lip synching? She’s managing to do shout outs to the crowd over her own vocals.
