What do you think and who's paying for the privilege?

You started the thread, so what do YOU think?
British tax payer.
At least the money is being well spent
Do you really think she should have been sent back so the Taliban could shoot her again? FFS.
The ****stan government said Mr Ali Zardari had also met Mr Yousufzai and assured him his government would meet all the expenses of Malala's treatment and the needs of the family while they were in the UK.
The ****stan government?

I do love some of these Daily Mail reader's posts. they're so obvious!
I'm a bit sad that she can't go back to school in her own country - not sure she's such a beacon of awesomeness over here
However, it does come with the benefit that no poor apology for a tossrag's likely to shoot her
Do you really think she should have been sent back so the Taliban could shoot her again? FFS.
No but why put her in a fee paying all girls school?
Only got half a story....... Fair enough if the ****stani government are footing the bill.
What do you think and who's paying for the privilege?
Who really gives a toss who's paying.? It's only money.
Couldn't give a toss who is paying for it . Hope it works out for her
**** me,the kid got shot in the head, don't you think she deserves a break 🙄
Yeah possibly but so do a lot of people in this country!
Charity begins at home!
She seems determined to learn and make something of her life.
What do you think and who's paying for the privilege?
I think she's got bigger balls than you'll ever have, and it matters not a jot who's paying. There are far less deserving freeloaders sponging off the taxpayer, I've got a family of them living next to me, and I'd far rather she gets help and support while actually trying to make a difference for women back home.
What sort of difference are you trying to make?
It makes me proud to be British.
Who really gives a toss who's paying.?
I do and I'd be quite proud that we, as a country, feel that we should. It helps show the hate-fuelled, bile-spewing halfwits who shot her for what they are.
Id gladly see my tax pay for her education if it was necessary
**** me,the kid got shot in the head, don't you think she deserves a break
yeah possibly...
Says it all really 🙂
It's all right, we love a troll
Charity begins at home!
Stick your hands in your pockets and chip in then.

Charity begins at home!
so apparently does bigotry and ignorance-
what right do you have to decide whether one human being is more deserving of charity than another?
not to mention that the girl is probably a more potent symbol of positive propoganda in 'the war against terror' than the billions weve poured into the war in afgahnistan seem to have generated
ill post this again

I remember somebody clever's line around the time of her shooting...
(Can't remember the exact quote)
They might be happy to throw down their lives while troops with more sophisticated weapons invade their country, but some uppity young girl becomes a spokesperson for women getting an education, that's when they really get scared.
I'm kinda disappointed we're not paying for her. I'd quite happily see my tax go to helping her and her family out.

British tax payer.
Not managed to give this much thought before thumping the keyboard have you, the 'tax payer' wouldn't need to place someone in a fee-paying school, Tax Payers plenty of schools at their disposal
How sad that such a serious story has become one person's entertainment with a blatant troll.
How nice to be able to sit at a keyboard and act the big'un.
will cost a lot less and do a lot more than sending in even a small amount of troops/materials/equipment
Yes would agree didn't think before tapping the pad nor get the full story!
I apologise if I have caused offence but that was not my intension.

Agreed.
That Stormfont is, errr, ummmm......
Stormfront?
So would it have made a difference to you if we as tax payers were footing the bill?
Personally I would be happy if some of my tax goes towards someone who wants an education, unlike so many of the shites who couldn't give a toss who reside in this country.
i stumbled on stormfront when i was wondering about slayer lyrics (as a hand wringing leftie having a guilty conscience about listening to them)
was a hilarious thread about lots of fukwits saying how great slayer were but in complete denial that theyd recorded a song with IceT about the la riots and that theyd boycot slayer gigs if it was true
Charity begins at home!
Why's that then?
Thatcher innit
no one wants a dull second page eh so i claim the edinburgh in advance of a climb dowm
Sorry JY, It's already over, nothing to see here...
Charity begins at home!
No it doesn't. Charity should always begin with those most in need.

Trolling Stormfront is truly some of the best fun one can have on the internet.
"If Whites are the superior race, then why do Jews always outsmart, manipulate, and control white people?" - is always good for a laugh.
I apologise if I have caused offence but that was not my intension.
It would be interesting to know what the intent actually was. Hard pressed to figure it out myself.
Ditto re: Happy to stump up to support her. She is a much finer route to dealing with the bigotry in her home nation than most of the alternatives and is a lesson to us all in courage and dignity. I have nothing other than respect for her.
A girl who could take a bullet with her head and come out alive deserves all the chances in life.
Talib fears women more than men and if the women start to stand up and fight them the Talib will be doomed as there will be no future Talib generation.
This girl perhaps will be the Talib downfall ...
Seems like an effective weapon against the taliban.
young girl gets shot, survives and becomes a symbol of defiance for women wanting an education. Her name and face are known around the world.
option 1,
Following medical treatment she gets a first class education in Britain, returns to ****stan and opens a safe, funded school for girls to learn the skills of the modern world. Generations of girls return to their rural towns and villages with goals and aspirations, the drive to make things better and disempower local tribalism and war lords. Soon, the value of education is seen, as climate change and changing markets emerge, poor, peasants are able to cope in the modern world, and rightly or wrongly jump on the capitalist big wheel.
option 2,
She goes back to ****stan where the taliban blow up her school and torture her family to make a point. Malala becomes a vaugley interesting footnote in the review of the year.
houndlegs - Member**** me,the kid got shot in the head, don't you think she deserves a break
Nah, she done it to get benefits, just like them single muvvers.
