I've had no coverage at all with giff gaff all day today….have been on the giff gaff website - no reported problems for this area - and not found the community particularly helpful. Know there are other GGers here, wondering if anyone else is having trouble today?
Check the O2 status where you are instead, Giff Gaff use their network.
You've turned the phone off and on again I assume?
Have just checked O2 status, same report as GG - no issues. Phone been off and on many times, battery out, SIM out, re-booted…...
Have you got an old phone you can try the SIM in, narrow down whether it's a phone or a network issue?
No, my old phone gave up the ghost last week. But need a spare, so will buy cheap handset tomorrow to try out. Thank you 🙂
Oof, I'd be ringing the ISP at the very least before buying a new phone!
I mean like a £10 nokia type non smart phone thingy….. I need a spare anyway and want to try sim in another handset. Not giving up on my new smart phone just yet! It's giff gaff, there is no one to ring as far as I can see. Just wondered if any other giffgaffers here were having trouble as well….

No probs in Andover area. Did have a software update from Giff Gaff last week that now has them as service provider rather than O2 showing on the phone (iPhone).
