I have a Garmin Forerunner 305 and I am experiencing problems uploading my data to both Strava.com and Garmin connect.
The upload is getting slower and slower and sometimes just sits there and hangs endlessly.
I wondered if it is to do with the unit having too much data in the memory and if I need to purge it?
normally Strava will only upload 'new' activity although I have found ti can take a while to inspect everything on the device and work out which the new ones are.
Easiest thing will be to delete and stuff you've already taken off the unit and see if that works?
I used to make sure everything was uploaded into training centre at the end of the month, back it up, then delete from the forerunner. I found the same thing, that it seems to download everything then discard what it already had.
