When I press the up button to bring up history I get a triangle icon for a few seconds then it goes away but doesn't show history. The first time it did this an hour ago, the triangle flashed a couple of times, then the software update icon appeared. I've restarted the watch and done a soft reset but the triangle appears everytime I press the up button from the home screen. Everything else seems to work fine. If I press and hold the up button, I can still access the menu's so I know its not the button at fault.
Any ideas?
Is it actually rebooting?

If something is wonky after an update, then a proper hard reset may fix it
