I have a forerunner 245 music which I’ve used for over a year for running/ music etc but we have recently had a new Bt  Wi-Fi hub and it will no longer connect, this means I can’t update the music from Spotify ☹️ Anybody know how to sort it as  no matter how many times I try to connect it won’t.  I’m not great with tech so please keep answers simple please, cheers

Does it require a 2.4GHz connection and the BT hub is only listening on 5GHz perhaps?

When you say it won't connect, what symptoms are you seeing?

You have added the new WiFi network to your Garmin Connect account and got it connected and synced up to watch?

could be the wifi channel - some devices don't support the furthest channel (13? iirc) because it doesn't exist in some markets

Not sure about the channel or the 5Ghz stuff, all sounds very complicated! I’ll try and connect again later and add what I’m getting. Cheers for the help so far.
