I have just started getting random full screen pop up ads on my mobile (Samsung S7) I have hardly any aps installed and all are ones i've used before on my S6 which I had for 2 years with no ads. They are fully targeted from stuff I have bought in the past or visited i.e Blackcircles and UPontheDowns from here! So not viagara etc from dodgy sites. They just pop up randomly on my homescreen and are really pissing me off. The top left says adchoices. How do I get rid of them?
there was an update for my sony that helped. Also i had (a paid for version) of file commander that was causing issues.
Do you use ES File Explorer? That started doing something similar a while back.
No don't have that file Explorer. Surely I can't be the only one this is happening to? I found some stuff buried in settings that is supposed to switch off targeted ads but it doesn't seem to have helped.
