There is a long stretch of road from coed y brenin heading towards Trawsfynydd.
There as 3 bikers caught doing 110mph on that stretch.
They were off duty Policemen.
They got a bit more than 3 points.

and I assume you will be happy to hand over your license for a year or so and bend over and take it from the courts if caught?

Meh... worry about that if it ever happens.

As it goes, my motorbike now won't do 100mph as it's a 660 single cylinder. However my track bike does

I know its immature but still my favourite morning ritual is giving the finger to the bloke in the camera van who sits on the Hogs Back/A31 Farnham to Guildford, he has a front facing camera and i've been doing it for the last 7 years, i'm sure he looks forward to it as much as i do by now.

I'm amazed you've not been stung for that yet.

I've posted this before, but I once saw a group of maybe four power-ranger bikers flash past a mobile front-facing camera van using half of their available wheels and offering fingers. I caught them up a mile or so down the road, all looking sheepish and sorry for themselves whilst the copper's mate was cheerily writing them all tickets.

You might think you're fast but there's two things you won't outrun; radios and helicopters.

In the FAQ's on Cumbria's Speed camera sites pointed out that the operator was able to turn around and manually collect the details.

my sister lived 100 miles away in Milton Keynes, i visited most weekends and could get to her in under an hour....you work it out, thats an AVERAGE speed of 100mph on that journey...lol.

Did your dad also fight Mike Tyson and Mike Tyson told your dad he was too hard so Mike Tyson ran away and now your dad gets paid not to fight boxing?

Why? Are you and others fighting the system? You might think a stretch of road can be taken faster under certain conditions but do you think the law should recognise this when theres an accident? 'Ah its ok its Bob, hes a special rider/knows what he was doing'.

On a general note whenever I hear or see people referring to speed cameras as 'scammeras' I think its an immature viewpoint.

Slow down, ride within the conditions. If you dont agree with the law of that road then dont ride or drive.

Why should others share a road or motorway with people who seem to think they are better/can go alot faster?

The bulk of that journey is the M3 > M25 > M1....it really wasnt that hard, could've gone faster to be honest.

🙄
