Tonight...all local food - sirloin, spuds, carrots, broad beans; gran reserva rioja; captain beefheart.
Remaining fridays this month will be fish - swordfish, tuna, bream, clams, scallops; would love to have chub or rudd again sometime but, in the absence of a local fishmonger, that won't happen. Sancerre or Vouvray; L will be chosen on the night.
Adding some capers to your fish dish is...mmm.

Well it's Sat morning here.

I'm at work. Listening to some Jazz (Nice).
Drinking black tea with ginger.
Eating Greek yoghurt with raspberries and granola sprinkles.

Yes, I'm well aware that sounds awfully poncey. Moving on....
