Just how can a company be allowed to interfere with someones beliefs in their own time on their own computer,and only for the benefit of his freinds where the views posted, and reduce the mans pay and demote him, thankfully common sence prevailed and he has won his case.
The last sentance in the article is particularly intresting.

my guess would be company paranoia, if he added the disclaimer "my views in no way represent those of my employer" after his statements he would have been fine ๐
