Just out of interest, has anyone here done any freediving, Ive seen quite a few holidays and courses for this recently.
Two weeks ago I tried swimming a length of a 20m pool completely underwater and only managed about 3/4 of a length. Today I managed 2 continuous complete lengths, 3 times 🙂 All I have done is watched a few breath holding youtube tutorials.
Now Im intrigued as to what I could do with proper training and practice.
