Anyone know if the cafe at the Dalbeattie trailhead is now closed? Went past it today and no sign of it still being in business. My son was *really* looking forward to a cheese and haggis panini.

couple of good cafes in town centre. Not been over for a while but it did close during the winter due to lack of trade.
As did Mabie which is now offering a basic service at weekends.
Another option is Loch Arthur at Beeswing if you are travelling via Dumfries ๐Ÿ˜†

Thanks guys, will try the suggestions but being able to ride from the back of the car park to the caff was a real winner.

Dalbeattie is not very big. You could ride into the centre of town in a couple of minutes or even walk! Granite Kitchen is a pretty good cafe too.
