The most ambitious sheet metal folding I ever tried was an ash pan for a stove.

Powdercoaters rushed my panels through, I think they are wanting an early finish on Thursday. Productive evening in the man-cave ensued.

Great work. How do you fold the sheets over and over to form the box section in the drawers?

I used a small hand operated folder, that works in the same way as a press brake but is quicker to set up and use for one offs. I'm pretty lucky having a good mate with a sheet metal shop!

Loving the slide action.

I like that you can get to each drawer at the same time.

You should have made a couple, there may well be a market for it.
