It's pretty good when it's working, there's a feedback site to let them know how you feel about it.

Occasionally get drop outs, bearing in mind I have 220GB connection that's a bit disappointing.

I won't be watching England using it because of the delay (spoilers) but for the other matches it's been good.

Given that speed I guess it's a Virgin cable connection? It's interesting that the people complaining most about buffering seem to be those on fat Virgin connections. Seems in line with my experience that, despite the huge headline figures, Virgin connections are generally pretty shoddy due to contention/latency/traffic shaping etc.
