As it's on ITV/BT sport, take a drink every time someone complains how ****ing awful a commentator Andy Townsend/Michael Owen is (paralytic inside 20mins I tells thee)

Or:
Every time the arsenal trophy drought is mentioned.
Every time the commentators blame the ref/linesman for not spotting a fractional offside/deflection/etc that's it's taken them half a dozen replays to decide themselves.
Every time the new Stevie G song is sung.

Assign everyone a task (names picked from a hat) - if x win a throw in, y has to do a four finger forfeit etc - inevitably some people will be winners and losers.

Play the Oscar Pistorios drinking game. Every time someone goes to the bathroom you have 5 shots

names from a hat for the [b][u]last[/u][/b] goalscorer in the match - if you all put a bit of cash in at the beginning it's a prize fund too

the same player(s) is followed for the duration of the game - any bookings, subbing, goals during the game can be "punished"

(or just watch the game and drink some beers)

Variation of scaredypants:

Everyone picks (or gets given) a player - every time they touch the ball, have a sip. Score a goal - finish 1/2 a pint - Yellow card - finish 1/2 a pint. Red card have a full pint for your trouble
