[Closed] Foot pain...

Hello,

I've had a shooting pain in the top of my foot, where the shin meets the foot. It only occurs if im bent down, with my foot bent towards my shin - or if I stand on the outside edge of my foot.

The foot's not swollen, and doesn't feel warmer than the other foot.

This happend after i changed pedals, and i think i dropped my heel too far while riding.

Has anyone had the same as this?

I am planning to see a physio as soon as i get the chance, but just wondering if someone had had this already.

I'm thinking trapped nerve or tendon damage... although the absence of swelling leads me to think it's not tendon.
