Any reccomendations for low effort methods for ridding my house of flies?
I live in a old farm house, so stopping them from entering is difficult.
IME those electric zappers with a blue light work extremely well.
They have the added entertainment value of making a very satisfying and reassuring zapping/frying sound each time they make a kill.
We have the same issue. Old farm house, middle of countryside next to a farm.
We use one of these on the kitchen door way, works well.

As above, they work well. Well, that is if you get a decent one. I went cheap and it fell to bits

Might not qualify under low effort but stalking the little buzzers and killing then is fun
