Someone recommended this to me and it was absolutely superb.
I don't know why I hadn't heard of it before, so I thought I'd send it on...

We watched it as a family (youngest being 10yo) and it was great fun, if a little sweary and animal-deathy in places ๐
Agreed. The rare thing of a real feelgood film that isn't cheesy or patronising.

We thought it was a pretty good film, enjoyed it a lot.
It is a great wee film, very enjoyable.
it's bloody great.
if you liked that: Moonrise Kingdom
Heard good reports but I think the trailer has just shown me most of the film. ๐
Sorry Drac. I haven't watched the trailer. I don't tend to want to know anything about films. Shame if true.Drac - ModeratorHeard good reports but I think the trailer has just shown me most of the film.
Can you please moderate my post so that it says "Spolers: The trailer contains a lot of plot details, so watch with caution."
Cheers!
This is available on Netflix now, so is queued up on "My List" waiting for a spare evening with the missus ๐

Funny, touching, great soundtrack
Taika Waititi is a bloody genius.
He did "What we do in the shadows", "Boy" and "Eagle vs Shark" - all highly recommended.
Bloomin brilliant film. He's doing Thor next so I have higher hopes for it than previous Thor films
Watched it yesterday on Netflix as it happens. Loved it....
"You're Sarah Connor and I'm the Terminator, but you're Sarah Connor in the first film before she could do all the chin-ups..."
