What's your diet like at the moment? If you are carrying weight, you must be taking on more calories than you are using. Even with the exercise.

Calories aren't as straight forwards its the kind of calories you take on no?

Diet is generally pretty good, hardly ever eat bad stuff, main downfall is pasta (with vegetable sauce i hasten to add) and about 10 units of beer per week

Ride more / further / harder.

I eat shed loads and probably on the gvnt. limit for booze and I have trouble maintaining 10st wet through.

Got the same problem except I know my diet isn't great. Problem I have is I'm trying to 'decrease' my intake but after I eat my lunch for example I get a weird feeling in my legs and arms, like a weak feeling!
