Had a message that our shop fb page is a grey account and they are going to turn it off.
Originally we had a separate shop and personal account.
A few years back it said PRESS HERE and it merged both accounts
It's been a pain in the arse since then.
I have read what a grey account is and how to fix it.
I didn't understand any of it.
In really simple terms tell me what's going on and how to fix it!
I hope you're just confusing 'page' and 'account'. You used to have an account to log in and update your business page, and a personal account. Facebook want you to use your personal account to manage your business page. I expect it's the old business login that's being turned off.
When you update your business page now do you log in with your personal account?
