Having not long ago watched MOTD i was most struck by the attendance at Bramall Lane.
Only having a brown belt in Google-fu, my 'research' indicates that the stadium has a capacity of c.38,000, recent h. league games have attracted an attendance of c.24,000, attendance for the FA cup fixture v. Barnet was c.9,000 - ie less than one quarter capacity of the stadium and just a bit more than a third of the expected crowd for a league game.
Not much magic going on there.
Well there clearly was, Barnet who are currently residing in what was the conference turned over the team placed 3rd in the championship, would have thought most shef fans would have forgone that game as an easy result and saved their pennies.
