External storage for Samsung Galaxy Tab

Hi all,

Can you get anything external (Dongle type USB thing) for the Galaxy Tab on Android. Would be running 'ice cream sandwich' platform.
I'm aware of the micro SD bit but...in addition to that, can you use anything USB to store stuff and play / watch. Seems most dongles wont run on android as windows compatibale only.

Any advice would be great.

Is this for on the move or at home? If at home you could connect to a shared folder on your PC via wifi for storage. Not much help if you want to take your data with you though...

On the move really, especially on holidays that sort of Jazz.
