I had a cracked copy of Reason and fruity loops in my youth.
What free or cheap music making software is good in 2019? Mac Pc and IPad all available. Cheers!
FLStudio is still pretty cheap. They provide a pretty decent trial too.
Reaper - 60 day trial
LMMS - Free, but its not as good as FLStudio
As above, I think it is LMMS for free and Reaper is the cheapest of the good paid versions. There are Lite versions of Cubase and Ableton that you can get free with some devices but they tend to be limited in the number of tracks you can have at the same time which might be a bit of a limit for you
Is GarageBand still not the default answer for free music software (on Mac anyway). Loads of free plugins, synths etc.
Propellerheads still do a 30 day trial version of Reason for Mac. And Figure is great fun on the iPhone. No idea what their iPad apps are like… but you now have me thinking…
