The battery case lid on my Gamma head torch broke the other week so contacted Alpkit to see if it could be repaired. I didn't have a receipt and I'm sure it was well out of warranty but they said post it in and they can fix it. Just received it back in the post all fixed with no charge!

Yep they're good.
Asked for a repair kit for a leaky Airic, got a half dozen sent out.

Agreed. I sent an old (4 years plus) gamma in due to loose battery connections. Fixed quickly and for free and even returned with new batteries.
