I lifted my suspended timber floor so the cable could run from the CU to the front of the house without being clipped along the outside. Depends on the type of floor coverings you have, mine was cheap laminate that had been laid by someone who shouldn’t own a tape measure so it’s time was up, but it went back down fine for a couple of years until I replaced it properly. Took me half a day but at least I didn’t have to look at a huge cable running around the house (and it is quite bulky!)

I actually suspected that and went on LinkedIn to see if the person that was dealing with my install was a real person which she appeared to be!
