They were predicting a bit of crowd aggro so it may be worth tuning in!

Used to be a top capper in the England members club... Went all over and made a lot of friends. I then found mountain biking, a decent woman and had a nipper. Something had to go and a 3 week road trip to Euro 2012 in the Ukraine was my last outing. My Facebook newsfeed has been full of pictures/status's from Glasgow since around 5.30am this morning and I must say this is the only game thats really really made me miss it.

Away win hopefully.

Why, are they helping organise a match with a world-class side?

I bought Sky Sports for a month to watch the rugby. An added bonus is being able to avoid Chiles & Co, and watch the game on SS1.

It's been good so far - both teams making chances and just enough edge without turning into a shin kicking contest.

Having quality father/son/crisps time watching the game, like I used to do with my dad.

I'll send him to bed at half time so I can crack open the beers and start shrieking obscenities at the TV

Really enjoyng the match so far. I've seen a lot of Eng v Jocks and know what it means. Great goal from the Gooners but it's going to be a BIG 2nd half.

This is exactly the sot of match I used to excel in, albeit at a lower level ! (Okay much lower level!)

Reckon the Sweaties will pull one back but 3-1 in the end.

Scotland have been doing well lately but giving us less of a game than a few eastern yurrupean of late.

Is that down to motivation I wonder?

Wot a goal! Less the finish, and more the build up.

Reckon the Sweaties will pull one back but 3-1 in the end.

Hope you put a bet on.

All four have been pretty good to be fair. Even Rooney's first wasn't easy.

Mixed feelings about this tonight. English Dad and Scottish Mum. And the majority of my family live in Scotland. Happy either way.

Great goal, but ffs the commentators. Lallana just pulled it back and hoped someone was there? Watch again, he looks twice before getting to the ball, and knows exactly where shrek was going to be.

Brilliant

There was a time when there was trepidation at playing England.

Not this time. We've scored and everything.

No Townsend said it was a great pass by lallana on a plate for Rooney.
Quite enjoyed that, maybe the passion for England is building again. We'll see...

We're a nation 1/10th the size of england, which means proportionally we just beat you 10-3 ๐Ÿ˜‰

I'd say the opposite, we've consistently failed to dominate against weaker opposition. And it's been the undefinable lack of passion, whatever that really means, that has been highlighted. You can't help but get your dander up for a derby game like this though, and we played with pace and intensity.

A very enjoyable game - loads of passion from both sides and a crowd that sounded like a proper footie crowd for once.

Not sure about the ITV commentary though - they shouted out Rooney's name as OX put the ball in the net ๐Ÿ™‚

Decent to see an International played like that
Poor result but we are tiny and shit in comparison- only two premier league players in the team for example....remember when we had world class players ..Hansen, Souness, Daglish etc where are they now?

Bantering aside, I reckon reintroducing regular home nations "Friendlies" would be great in the long run for everyone. Same time next year?

Enjoyed the game, thought it was actually a lot more balanced than some are suggesting. 3-1 flattered England a little - 2-1 would have been fair enough.

England look good, incisive on the attack and pressed well in defense. Definitely deserved the win.

We look a bit flat compared to Friday night. Our goal was the best though!
