IIRC you can't change your delivery address when you buy something on ebay?
I need something to be delivered to my mum ASAP, I guess I can use a regular retailer.

You should be able to add an address to your account. I have several addresses on my account. Or just ask the seller. Some will be fine with it.

Go to My eBay > Account > Addresses and you can add addresses. You just won't be able to get it verified, but that shouldnt matter.
