Is there a way of mass-emailign all your buyers/sellers to tell them to get their finger out and provide you with feedback?

Go to the Selling Manager menu on the left of the screen and select 'paid and dispatched' from the drop-down menu. That'll take you to a page where you can see what's outstanding in terms of feedback and allow you to select the buyers to whom you want to send reminders. It's all fairly self-explanatory once you're looking at it.

Aye ta managed it! I'd just hoped it cold be done with a little less faff. PITA when folk are too lazy for feedback...
