I bought some hockey skates off ebay, from a hockey shop in Latvia who seemed to be the only place in the world who had the exact replacement for what I had. Ordered them and they came next day, but soon realised they'd not been manufactured properly and sent them a request for a return with documenting evidence and they agreed a return and had them picked up.
They arrived back at their place over a week ago according to the PoD from TNT.
However, because they haven't marked them as received then they still show as in transit. I've emailed them twice to query whats happening and no reply.
I can't seem to find anywhere on the item or the return process to report it to ebay.
It states clearly on ebay's returns process they must issue a refund within 6 days of receipt of the items, that's well passed now but not on the dispute because they haven't marked them as received.
Anyone got any ideas what to do?
I'd phone eBay.
You can go through the Help until you find Contact Us (they do a callback service), usually this stuff is hidden at the bottom of the help pages. Good in a way, cos it means you're not on hold for hours.
Or you could try 02080802164

Spoke to them, they can see my parcel was delivered and the seller hasn't acted so issued me a refund now. Absolutely brilliant service from eBay.
And me, of course.
You will now appreciate why eBay/Paypal tend to side with the buyer....
