I’m currently selling an item on eBay. A lad has used his three best offer bids up. I have since negotiated with him on a sale price,
How can he now place another bid ?
Sorry if this seems an odd one. I’m hopeless on these sites

You could give him a heads up that you are going to change the buy it now price at 21:00 to the agreed amount, he then uses buy it now at the full price.
