I'm looking at buying something from an eBay shop. It's a proper shop, and a new item. I could buy it from their non-eBay website, from which I'd obviously be protected if something went wrong, but I'd prefer to buy it from eBay 'cos I have a ton of Nectar points sat doing nothing.
So my question is if I buy it from eBay and something does go wrong, do I have the same level of protection as if I buy it from their own shop?

Yes unless it’s a graded part with a specific warranty.
