just heard some bird one Radio 6 talking and thought "shame".

there was another thing on Radio 4 (generation gap) where some young girl was talking and she just sounded a bit slow.

Lol @ iolo! I feel like I'm missing out! Celebrating St David's Day on my own in Oxfordshire! it's not the same as wearing a leek to school and a little pinefore and bonnet! didn't think my work would appreciate that today though!

I work in a school in Carmarthenshire. The cleaners were complaining like crazy at the end of today- bits of leek strewn everywhere. Hardly any daffs though- the cold weather has messed up their growing 🙁

Oh yeah Alpin whilst the many English accents are so cultured...Essex, east end, scouse, manc....delightful! whenever I hear any of those I automatically think I must sound so thick compared to them!
