Sold my dads car for him on Wednesday, popped the old V5C in the post to DVLA yesterday morning.
Problem is, the instant I chucked it into the postbox I realised I hadn't put a stamp on it!!
Anybody else done this? I suspect I'm not the first, so - can I expect a visit from the MIBs in the early hours?

The post office will come and take your car...it's theirs now.
