We cook Mesir Wat quite a lot because my wife is a vegetarian and loves ethiopian food.

I have used this website quite a lot:

http://www.ethiopianspices.com/html/recipes.asp

Also I make my own Neter Kiba and Injera. Well worth the time spent. Injera is a bit temperamental though. I can't get Teff in Austria but I use a Millet, Wheat mixture which works well.

Cool cheers, think the serving for 10 might need cutting down, there only 2 of us!
Hmm unfortunately it's asking for more ingredients I don't have Korerima & Mekelecha (Wot Kimem), will save that site though

Ahh finally got a reply, he used this Saveur recipe (though normal un-salted butter).
Gunna give it a go, as it was bloody lovely and not something I'd tried before.
