Depends if they thought the Russians were using it to control him I suppose.
Well since it is extremely unlikely to destroy him how the hell is going to be used to control him ?

I suspect he was referring to public support, and I suspect he's right to a degree. Doesn't matter how sexist, or how many derogatory remarks the man himself makes he retains supports.
Whether these latest allegations against Trump are actually true or not is less relevant imo than why they have now come into the public domain. In my personal opinion the primary motive is to damage Trump and sabotage any improved US-Russian relations, both issues are very high on some people's agendas.
Even before this there were some very serious allegations to answer about his relationship with Putin, I think I those who voted for the lying Sexist racist pig would draw the line at being in the pocket of Putin though. If not directly profiting from the job directly at expense of the US is exactly the opposite of what he promised.

Probably depends on what their birth certificates say...
These Russians are bloody smart...screw up elections and then manipulate what happens
I think the intent is just to screw about, I don't think they even try to manipulate, my understanding; the intent is just to mess with it enough so that it's a state of confusion all the time...don't really need to manipulate anything then.

Yep, there were also plenty of allegations about his relationship with Putin before the US presidential election. And everyone knew that Putin wanted Trump to win.
July 2016 : "Russia if you're listening, I hope you find Hillary Clinton's missing emails"
He still won the election.
Being indebted to Putin or being backed by Putin obviously did not damage him sufficiently to lose the election.
The Pentagon is changing the nuclear codes to over 140 characters...
So Trump can't tweet it.

At the moment it is easily brushed aside as fake news.
If it isn't fake and the Russians had some nice damning video/photographic evidence of Trump curling one out then that would probably be a very different story.
But to be honest I suspect that story probably is fake (possibly with a few facts hidden amongst it to be disposed of with the same brush).
These Russians are bloody smart in modern warfare. So much cheaper and effective to win the cyber war, screw up elections and then manipulate what happensAwful but brilliant
Vladislav Serkov is a political genius, him and Putin have utterly out flanked the west....
The only way Trump will get impeached is if he does something illegal, a very plausible scenario imo. Allegations of paying prostitutes to piss on a posh hotel bed will have no effect beyond a bit of mud-slinging.
Indeed revelations that former US President Bill Clinton engaged in adulterous activities and arranged for a young White House intern to preform perverted sex acts in the Oval Office for him did not cost Clinton his political career.
Since when is a blow job perverted?
Or did she hoof him in the Lincolns at the same time?

The United States has known for decades that interfering and manipulating elections can be a lot cheaper and easier than going to war.
It's hardly a new idea.
US interfered in Russian elections FFS -Yeltsin. And Ukraine recently. They've been at it non stop for 50 years.

I wasn't talking about that. Asking a young intern to masturbate with a large Cuban cigar before you smoke it, with your wife presumably not too far away, isn't particularly natural - outside the world of perverts of course.
Hmmm. I need to take a long hard look at myself.

Not quite, I have the occasional roll-up. Don't like them soggy though.

hence the use of a nice thick rolled cigar, not so absorbent.

Trump is a failed businessman, with no political background. He flaunts his wealth as if it just grew there, and boasts about paying no taxes.
Putin is arguably one of the nastiest and most ruthless products of the KGB, arguably the nastiest and most ruthless of intelligence agencies to have existed. He is personally worth $Billions, but all of it acquired on the sly and none of it directly in his name. He has been directly responsible for the deaths of many of his own countrymen for publicly criticising or disagreeing with him, in a way only Stalin would have approved.
Scared yet? You should be...
Having the president of the US in your pocket is simply outstanding work by the Russians.
See my above comments... Trump believes this is a popularity contest, and he wants to be the first president in his lifetime to forge a meaningful alliance with Russia. He genuinely believes Putin wants to be a friend!
Putin is the shrewdest of the shrewd, and is very good at playing the waiting game.
Being indebted to Putin or being backed by Putin obviously did not damage him sufficiently to lose the election.
It helped him win! I doubt Trump has any direct debt to Putin, Putin knows Trump is naieve and is merely waiting to exploit the situation ruthlessly. He will offer the hand of friendship to Trump, and then begin trying to control him (if he isn't already) in a way we've not seen before!
Vladislav Serkov is a political genius, him and Putin have utterly out flanked the west....
Never underestimate Russian intelligence... They are, and always have been, the absolute masters at it!

You suggesting the US rigged the election, knowing that Democratic relations with Russia have been getting more and more strained for some time, and that Trump admires Putin? 😯

You suggesting the US rigged the election, knowing that Democratic relations with Russia have been getting more and more strained for some time, and that Trump admires Putin? I rather think he's suggesting that the US have interfered in the democratic process in other countries in the past.
mboy - MemberScared yet? You should be...
Not in the slightest. I know I ought to be. Can you give another go please?
I rather think he's suggesting that the US have interfered in the democratic process in other countries in the past.
Yes I get that inference, but in the context of the US election that has just happened, which is the topic of discussion here, it could be taken differently.
Not in the slightest. I know I ought to be. Can you give another go please?
Putin thinks nothing of flexing his muscles as and when he feels like it. Be it flying armed fighter/bombers into foreign airspace, assassinating key diplomats/businessmen anywhere in the world when he needs them silenced, getting involved in Syria in the way they have etc. He's die hard old school KGB through and through, he's taken Russia back from being a modern Democracy with liberal views, to a nation that is near enough a dictatorship in all but name, where liberal views are at best mocked and often enough not allowed. He is a cold war dinosaur, on a mission to line his own pockets and make Russia an economic and military force to be reckoned with at the expense of the rest of the world.
And even ignoring all the latest allegations of Russian hacking into the US elections, the very least you should know is that the forthcoming US president looks up to Putin, and wants to be his friend!
Fun times...
No, nothing, still not feeling the fear.
Wait......... "the very least you should know is that the forthcoming US president looks up to Putin, and wants to be his friend!"
Well.....erm......nope ..........still nothing 🙁
A US president who wants to be friends with Russia doesn't fill me with fear. Thanks for trying anyway 🙂
well Putin's pick for scretary of state just said he thinks putin directed the hacking, hes now getting pushed by Rubio to declare Putin a war criminal
the golden showers video could be released sooner than we think
An isolationist US president elect who is watering down his commitment to Nato , looking up to and avoiding challenging an expansionist Russsian president, who is testing and expanding his western borders and influence at a time when European cohesion is weakening, is of concern. More so if that Russian President has financial ties to that US President and damaging Dirt on him.
At the very least we could be pushed into the expense and risk of a new cold war.

Maybe have a bit of a google about Vladimir Putin'a foreign policies and how he does business. Everything is always on his terms...

Basically what I said but more eloquently put...
At the very least we could be pushed into the expense and risk of a new cold war.
Which is preferable to the alternative... America becomes Russia's puppet and starts flexing its muscles on the rest of the world as Putin sees fit!
Spicer dismissed the reports contained in the documents as wholly false and riddled with inaccuracies.
Shouldn't it be one or the other?
He's just accused the US intelligence agencies of leaking the story 😯
He actually is a real life Eric Cartman.
Barely literate and a petulant sociopath
Talks absolute nonsense.
Protest vote or not, how the hell did almost 70 million vote for him??? He makes Dubya sound eloquent and intelligent.
I'd say Trump wants to be friends with Putin but not vice versa, Putin is playing them, leaking the Clinton stuff to get Trump in, then leak the trumps stuff to destroy him, all while pretending to be nice Mr Putin. I'm sure the US have been doing similar to other countries for long enough so I can't really feel sorry for them, they fell for it hook, line and sinker! Maybe...
We're all ****ed. The free world is being led by a child clown.
that was hilarious
No conflict of interest between his business dealings and his role of President. Yeah, right.

Listen to the President-Elect Trump speech? Yes?
Yesss, sounds like many of the Trump's critics will soon be shitting in their pants. They are all going to be hammered hard, very hard ... 😆
If you lot (the critics) live in Merica you nightmare will start very soon. 😆
"BBC News" ... "That's another beauty." ... brilliant. 😆

Is the president punishing his critics a good thing chewkw? Surely free speech should allow critics and the president shouldn't be petty?
