My 2 cents is he is p.ssed at Obama trying to deligitismse his win by saying "the Russians did it", the agencies have played along with that, as Assange says the disclaimer on the intelligence reprts says something like "this may not be true". A lot of Americans distrust the agencies not least for the Iraq WMD stuff. Trump is really challenging the Russian stories amd their credibility, imo rightly so.
